In order to register and reserve your place on the tour, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required per passenger. Non-refundable Credit/Debit card payments are accepted for deposits and single supplements. Payment in full must be received at the address below 120 days prior to your departure date. Last-minute registrations are accepted with a $500 non-refundable deposit and non-refundable balance payment by check or money order must be overnighted to the address below.

All monies paid to Proximo Travel are non-refundable. Travel Insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. By submitting a registration form you are authorizing Proximo Travel to charge payment on the credit card provided and acknowledging acceptance of Proximo Travel's Terms of Use.

Scheduled Payment: Payment of $1,000 per person must be made to Proximo Travel, LLC no later than 30 days after trip registration.
