- The tour fees for our guides. Our tour guides are well educated, caring, and professional. Most of them have their PhDs in church history, archeology, philosophy, languages, or theology.
- If you are traveling alone and you allow us to find you a roommate, you don't have to pay the $900 single supplement. If you wish to have your own room and you are not open to the idea of rooming with another passenger, then $700 is what you pay for a single supplement fee.
- Dress casually all throughout the trip. Shoulders and knees should be covered when visiting basilicas or churches.
- Wheelchairs can be provided for those passengers who cannot walk, with prior notice at registration for $150. A traveling companion has to push the wheelchair throughout the trip.
- At the time of registration, as a part of the total balance, a non-refundable $500 is due in the form of a credit card. For example, if your trip costs $3,700, when you sign up, you pay a $500 deposit, then your balance would be $3,200 and is due 4 months before departure date in the form of cash, personal check, cashiers check, or money order. If you sign up after the final payment due date or at the last minute, you pay the entire cost of the trip at registration.
- One month after registration, a $1,000 additional deposit is due only in the form of cash, personal check, cashiers check, or money order.

- Insurance ~ The total trip cost is non-refundable, so we recommend trip insurance to protect your investment.
- Call us (855) 842-8001 or register online with a credit card and pay your $500 deposit per person to save your spot. The $500 deposit is part of the total price of the trip.
- A $1,000 Additional Deposit (AD) per person is due one month from the registration. The AD is paid ONLY in the form of check (personal, money order, or bank check).

Day 3: Tuesday: Cristero War Martyrs & Devotion to the Saints ● 7:30 AM - Morning Prayer at the chapel of the accommodations ● 8:00 AM - Breakfast and 9.15 AM departure and bus ride ● 10:00 AM - Mass at Parroquia de la Sagrada Familia (Blessed Miguel Pro, S.J.) ● Visit to relics and exhibit of Bl. Miguel Pro ● 11.15 AM return to the bus ● 12:00 PM San Felipe de Jesús Church (Mexico’s first martyr) ● 1:45 PM - Lunch at El Danubio ● 3PM - Walk for visit to Church of San Hipólito, site of devotion to St. Jude Thaddeus ● 4:00 PM - Return by bus to accomodations for formation talk and free time for personal prayer and exploration ● 7:00 PM - Evening prayer ● 7:15 PM - Dinner in the neighborhood of the accommodations.
Day 4: Wednesday: Visit to Teotihuacan ● 7:30 AM - Morning Prayer at the chapel of the accommodations ● 8:00 AM - Breakfast ● 9:00 AM - departure bus ride to Teotihuacan ● 10:00 AM - Guided tour of Teotihuacan (City of the Sun), focusing on historical and spiritual reflections ● 1:00 PM - Lunch ● 2:00 PM - Formation talk in Teotihuacan ● Bus return to Mexico City ● 4:00 PM Mass at Parroquia de santa cruz de Tlatelolco (place of Juan Diego baptism) ● 5:00 PM - return bus ride to accommodations ● 7:00 PM - Evening prayer ● 7:15 PM - Dinner in the neighborhood of the accommodations.
Day 5: Thursday: Historic Churches ● 7:30 AM - Morning Prayer at the chapel of the accommodations ● 8:00 AM - Breakfast and 9:00 bus ride ● 9:30 AM - Mass at the Metropolitan Cathedral ● Exploration of the Cathedral and its religious artifacts ● 10:30 AM Historic introduction of the Aztec and colonial surroundings of the Metropolitan Cathedral ● 11:30 AM - bus ride ● 12.15 PM Visit to downtown San Ángel and the Templo San Jacinto ● 1:30 PM - Lunch in the neighborhood ● 3:30 PM - bus to formation talk at Capilla San José del Altillo, Misioneros del Espíritu Santo and visit of blessed Concepcion Cabrera ● 5:00 PM Reflection and prayer at San Juan Bautista church in Coyoacán ● 5:45 PM Return by bus to restaurant Villa Maria Polanco ● 6:30 PM - Evening prayer and Farewell Dinner ● 8:00 PM - Bus return to Accommodations.
Day 6: Friday ● 7:30 AM - Morning Prayer at the chapel of the accommodations ● 8:00 AM - Breakfast ● 9:00 AM - Mass ● AM bus transfer to Airport
Please note: We do our best to ensure that all sites listed in this itinerary will be seen. However, due to scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances beyond our control, sites may be visited on a different day than listed. If this happens it will also necessitate a change in the restaurant for dinner. However, we will never sacrifice the quality of the meal, all restaurants will meet Proximo Travel's very high standards. Since we have several different trip configurations touring at the same time, it is likely that groups on different tours will be combined when their itineraries overlap in certain areas.
