  • All tips to driver, hotel, and tour guide. If you feel that the tour guide did a great job, offering them extra tips is greatly appreciated.
  • Guided Tours and Tour Fees ~ Our tour guides are very caring, licensed, and well educated. Many of our guides have their PhD's.
  • Luggage handling (1 suitcase and 1 carry-on per person)
  • Single Supplement (as long as the passengers is willing to room with someone and allows us to provide them with a roommate. If the passenger wants a guaranteed room to of their own, then they have to pay the $900 single supplement)
  • Remember: Our trips are not more expensive during high season ~ Passengers will never be expected to pay extra for anything while on the trip ~ We always wait for passengers and never leave anyone behind.

Steps For Registration

  1. Call us (855) 842-8001 or register online with a credit card and pay your $500 deposit per person to save your spot. The $500 deposit is part of the total price of the trip.
  2. A $1,000 Additional Deposit (AD) per person is due one month from the registration. The AD is paid ONLY in the form of Check (personal, money order, or bank check).
  3. The balance is due 4 months before the trip departure date. The balance is paid ONLY in the form of Check (personal, money order, or bank check).

  • Trip Itinerary

    Day 1: Departure from USA.

    Day 2: This morning you will be met at the airport in Lisbon by our tour guide. First we will enjoy a city tour of Lisbon, the birthplace of St. Anthony. After lunch we will continue on to Santarem, one of Europe’s most well known Eucharistic Miracle sites, the Church of the Holy Miracle. We will travel on to Fatima, check into the hotel and enjoy our first dinner and evening in Fatima by participating in the candlelight procession. Overnight in Fatima.

    Day 3: Today is a full day in Fatima. Start off your days by going to Mass at the Little Chapel of the Apparitions. We will see the Basilica, the site of Francesco and Jacinta's graves, the Hamlet of Aljustrel, where the children lived, and Valinhos, the site of Our Lady's appearance after the children's return from prison. Experience Christ's love as you walk and follow the Stations of the Cross along the Via Sacra (The Sacred Way) culminating in the Chapel of Calvary, which overlooks all of Fatima. Join pilgrims from around the world in an evening candlelight procession to pray the rosary for the sick and drink water from the miraculous well. Time for private devotions before dinner and overnight in Fatima.

    Day 4: Today we will leave Fatima and travel to Avila Spain. Once in Avila, we will trace the life of St. Teresa including the garden when she played as a child, the museum with relics of St Teresa and St. John of the Cross. This will include walking the cobblestone streets in town including the Convent of the Incarnation. Dinner and overnight in Avila .

    Day 5: After morning Mass in Avila, we will travel on to Lourdes. Once arriving and hotel check in you will have free time before dinner. In the evening we will take a walk to the shrine of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, and pray the rosary during the candlelight procession. Overnight in Lourdes.

    Day 6: Today in Lourdes, we will visit the Grotto of Massabielle, where the Blessed Virgin appeared 18 times to Bernadette Soubirous in 1858, the Laths, The Rosary Basilica, the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception including crypt, and Church of Bernadette. Later we will visit more of Lourdes, including the places associated with St. Bernadette. You will have a free afternoon with option to join the candlelight Marian Procession at 9 pm. Dinner and overnight in Lourdes.

    Day 7: Today will include Mass and then free time to pray, meditate, personal devotions, shopping, etc. The candlelight Procession occurs in the evening. Dinner and overnight in Lourdes.

    Day 8: Today will be a travel day from Lourdes, France to Rome, Italy. If time permits once arriving in Rome we will take a city tour. Dinner and overnight in Rome.

    Day 9: Start the day around 9:30 am, by visiting the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel, the Pope's Private chapel. Tour of St. Peter's in the Vatican, the largest Basilica in the world. Long pants, capris, or skirts below the knee, shoulders covered. Time to rest before dinner in the area of the hotel. Dinner and overnight in Rome.

    Day 10: Today we continue our tour of Rome including a visit to St. John Lateran (the Cathedral of Rome), St. Paul Outside the Wall, and Scala Sancta, the Holy Staircase that Jesus walked on the day he went before Pilate in Jerusalem. Dinner and overnight in Rome.

    Day 11: Audience with the Pope. Visit Assisi beginning with the Church of Santa Chiara and the cross that spoke to St. Francis. We will view the incorruptible body of St. Claire and hear about the Poor Claires. Later visit the Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels and go down the “Porziuncola.” Dinner and overnight in Assisi.

    Day 12: Fly from Rome to Medjugorje. The tour guide will wait for you. Dinner and overnight in Medjugorje.

    Day 13-14: With our early morning arrival in Split, we will depart for Medjugorie to experience the beauty and peace of this simple village. Each morning at 10am is an English-language Mass. Follow the path up Apparition Hill where the visionaries first encountered Our Lady. Touch and pray before the cross that commemorates the spot where Mary first appeared to the visionaries. Join the villagers and pilgrims to pray the rosary. On Tuesdays and Saturdays there is an Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and Veneration of the Cross in the Church (Fri). Each evening during the Croatian Mass, there is the Blessing of the Sick in which time you may have personal items Blessed. Our guide will arrange meetings with the visionaries at their own homes provided that they are in Medjugorje during your trip, and pending their availability. We will have the opportunity to climb Krizevac Mountain, where in 1933 the villagers built a 30' high cross on the anniversary of Jesus' crucifixion. Visit and pray at "Blue Cross", which is a place of great healings and graces- at the base of Apparition Hill. Overnight in Medjugorje.

    Day 15: Our private bus brings us to the airport to fly back to USA.

    Please note: We do our best to ensure that all sites listed in this itinerary will be seen. However, due to scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances beyond our control, sites may be visited on a different day than listed. If this happens it will also necessitate a change in the restaurant for dinner. However, we will never sacrifice the quality of the meal, all restaurants will meet Proximo Travel's very high standards. Since we have several different trip configurations touring at the same time, it is likely that groups on different tours will be combined when their itineraries overlap in certain areas.
